Kiko includes a 30-day free trial — 60 days for anyone who installed before Kiko had a price — so you can decide before paying anything. No payment details are taken during the trial. The policy below applies once a subscription has started.
If you are not satisfied with Kiko within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country. Customers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where local law gives you a longer or stronger right than this policy does, that law applies and we will honour it.
After the initial 14-day period, refunds are evaluated case by case. If you experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, we will refund your most recent billing period.
Cancel at any time from app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders — enter the email you paid with and follow the link. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep Kiko until the end of the period you have already paid for. You do not need to contact us to cancel.
Outside the 14-day window we do not refund the unused part of a billing period that has already started.
Email hello@get-kiko.com with the email address you paid with, or your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. We respond within one business day. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Kiko is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. They take the payment, issue the invoice, handle any sales tax or VAT, and appear on your card statement. A refund we approve is issued through them. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly about a charge.
Kiko is operated by SELLTECHIO LTD, Ginnosar, Israel 1498000. Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
