Ask Tico for something

Tico is small on purpose, and almost everything in it exists because somebody asked for it. If it is missing the one thing that would make it yours, say so — it is a short list and your message genuinely moves things on it.

Either is read by a person. If you are reporting something broken, the exact words you typed are usually the whole answer — Tico reads sentences, so the sentence matters.

What has been asked for so far

• DoneFix what the parser got wrong — client and tags, by hand
• DoneChoose several tasks and act on all of them at once
• DoneMake a new group while filing, instead of setting one up first
• DoneSee what was finished, a week at a time
• DoneSync between two computers
• DoneOne notification in the morning with what is on today
• NextReminders that wait until you are out of a meeting
• NextSubtasks, for the things that are really five things
• MaybeA weekly note of what you got through
• MaybeRepeats like “last Friday of the month”

Things Tico will not do

Worth saying, so nobody waits for them: no accounts, no team sharing, no sending your tasks to a server. Those are not missing features, they are the shape of the thing.
