Dictation needs permission once, and it has to be granted from a normal
tab — a browser popup closes the instant a permission prompt appears, which
is why Tico opens a page for it. Right-click the Tico icon → Options, or
reinstall to see the welcome page again, and press Allow
microphone. If Chrome is blocking it outright, check
chrome://settings/content/microphone.
Chrome cannot fire anything while it is closed — no extension can. When you next open Chrome, Tico shows one summary naming every reminder that came due while you were away, so nothing is lost, but it does arrive late. If Chrome was open and a reminder still did not show, check that notifications are allowed for Chrome in your operating system's settings.
Click the coloured dot on the task to move it between work and personal — Tico remembers the words and gets it right next time. For a wrong client, click the × on the chip to take it off that task, or open Settings to remove the name entirely.
The preview under the box shows what Tico understood before you press Enter, so you can fix the wording first. Afterwards, click the date on any task to reschedule it. Tico reads "tomorrow at 5", "in 20 minutes", "every monday 9:30", "friday", "12/10", and the Hebrew equivalents.
Settings → Export writes everything to a file. On the other machine, Settings → Import. The import merges rather than replaces, so it never costs you tasks you wrote in the meantime.
Alt+Shift+T opens Tico from any page. Ctrl+M starts dictation. Enter saves, Esc clears.
