A real person reads every message. There is no ticket system and no bot.
Click Not right on the toast. That word is remembered and never flagged again — no need to report it. If it keeps happening on a word you've already rejected, that's a bug, so tell us.
Check the language is switched on in the popup — each one is a separate toggle, and a language that's off never runs. Kiko also needs two consecutive wrong-layout words before it speaks, which stops it firing on ordinary English.
Use Report a problem at the bottom of the Kiko popup. It opens an email with your version and settings already filled in, which saves a round trip. It never includes anything you've typed.
Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders, enter the email you paid with, and follow the link they send you. Cancel from there in two clicks. No need to ask us, and no retention call.
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Kiko until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Within 14 days of paying, email us and we refund in full, no questions asked. After that, see the refund policy — if Kiko is broken for you and we can't fix it, you get your money back.
Both are in the confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy, and in your orders. Lost the email? Send us the address you paid with and we'll resend it.
One licence covers three browsers. Install Kiko on the new machine and paste the same key — that is all there is to it.
Reinstalling does not use up a slot: when you paste your key, Kiko gives back the slot that browser was already holding before it takes another. If you do run out because you genuinely use more than three, email us and we'll sort it. No charge for that.
Kiko is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. They handle the payment, the invoice and any sales tax or VAT, and they appear on your card statement — not us. Billing questions can go to either of us.
Email hello@get-kiko.com. Include what you were typing in, which language, and what you expected. Screenshots help.
