By installing or using the Kiko Chrome extension ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Kiko is a Chrome browser extension that detects keyboard layout mismatches between English and Hebrew, Russian, Ukrainian, Korean, Greek, or Arabic, and assists users in correcting their text. Kiko is free to use for the first 30 days after installation. Continued use after that requires a paid subscription.
Every new installation includes a 30-day free trial. No payment details are required to start the trial, and nothing is charged during it.
After the trial, continued use requires a subscription: $5 per month for an individual, or $36 per seat per year for teams of five seats or more, invoiced annually to the organisation. Payments are processed by Paddle. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time from your Paddle account or by contacting us.
If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, detection simply stops. Nothing is deleted, and the word lists Kiko has learned remain on your device.
We will give existing users reasonable notice before changing the price of an active subscription.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kiko extension on your devices. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify the extension.
You agree not to use Kiko for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. One license is for personal use on your own devices.
Kiko and all associated content, branding, and code are the property of Kiko. All rights reserved.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate in all language detections.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
